Daikon: Japanese daikon radish that will grow to
a large size while remaining crisp and tender with a
mild heat. Main ingredient for Kim Chi and many more
popular Asian dishes. Best grown in fall.
Planting Tips: Daikon radishes are best sown in midto
late summer for a fall harvest. Thin to promote
even-sized roots. Use fork or lift roots carefully during
harvest. Topped radishes store well for 3-4 weeks in
refrigerator
